UNITE attended the “Taking UHC to the last citizen” Global Conference on Digital Health, which was co-hosted by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Government of India and the WHO South-East Asia Regional Office (WHO SEARO).
Over two days, ministers and representatives from several countries – including the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, Singapore, Denmark, Mozambique, Oman, USA, and the EU – convened to promote global collaboration and advance knowledge transfer on digital health. The conference also focused on advancing the implementation of national digital health strategies, strengthening governance for digital health at all levels, and advocating for people-centered health systems enabled by digital health. Mr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of Health deliver the keynote address, who discussed Digital health transformation in India.
