UNITE was hosted by the Executive Secretary of the CPLP – Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa, the Community of Portuguese Language Countries.
With member states including Brazil, Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe, and Timor-Leste this meeting opened doors for potential expansion of UNITE’s network across these countries.
It was also an opportunity to present the network, and to discuss potential cooperation in the Global Health area.
