Hon. Halldóra Mogensen, UNITE Member from Iceland,  called on parliamentarians to take concrete action to ensure harm reduction is fully integrated into public health systems, leaving no one behind due to stigma or discrimination.

Hon. Halldóra Mogensen further stressed that the success of any harm reduction strategy depended on strong collaboration between policymakers, experts, users, and communities. This message was delivered during a side-event to the 68th Commission on Narcotic Drugs, organized by the Drug Policy Network South East Europe.
