Hon. Cláudio Marte, UNITE Member from the Dominican Republic, Ambassador to Bolivia, was instrumental in the establishment of the “Frente de Diplomáticos para la Salud,” a newly formed group of Health Diplomats in Bolivia.
During the launch, Hon. Marte called on the audience to address their countries’ health challenges. He emphasized that the “Front” is not just a platform but a call to unite efforts in tackling health inequalities, promoting research, and fostering international cooperation with PAHO and WHO to strengthen global health systems.
