Arshiya Singh, Policy Coordinator of the Digital Health Hub represented UNITE as a panelist in a webinar organized by PATH under the PhixAI Initiative (Public Health Impact through Artificial Intelligence). It was an insightful discussion on the Barriers and Solutions to Scaling AI and Health Innovation.

Given the evolving landscape of global health where AI holds tremendous potential, Arshiya stated the significant role parliamentarians play to ensure ethical and effective governance of AI. She also highlighted the importance of multilateralism, need for sustainable financing in health and to have multistakeholder engagement to make innovation accessible and scalable to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Goals.
